If you choose to simplify and save by including your essential monthly
expenses into your MiiX R.O.C. home financing, you can calculate your monthly R.O.C. payment in advance by adding the total amount of your annual expenses to your home finance amount.

The MiiX R.O.C. rate (APR) is locked-in at 3.5% for the entire duration of any MiiX R.O.C.. There aren't any factors or markets that will ever change the 3.5% fixed rate.

Each MiiX R.O.C. is unique and can be tailor-made and adjusted to meet every individual need, financial goal and condition.

up to 120% Financing

Thanks to MiiX Financials' proprietary algorithms, in many cases, the MiiX R.O.C. can fund over and above the purchase price of a home.

No Money Down

Among other roadblocks of the past, the MiiX R.O.C. has completely eliminated the need for a down payment.
